The appo investment maturity strategy is defined as the phase after business case/initial start-up and before the mature growth/globalisation phase

appo has defined a set of common requirements for all active investments:

 

1) Business model must be profitable

    • Defined, managed & accepted business model, which in its design is profitable.
    • Operation might be running with a minor loss, but can be turned around in a foreseeable future
    • Business model must handle growth in customers, channels and partners

2) Value creatation must be scalable

    • Value creation must be able to handle and manage pain/gain and products/services.
    • Growth scenario must be with controllable marginal cost

3) Organisation must be competent with potential

    • There must be an existing organisation (management & key employees) than can ensure current business and be developed.
    • Clear picture of where appo can contribute
    • No “empty” companies only with products or concepts

4) All Investments based upon a common agreed growth plan

    • Growth plan containing short and long term objectives, strategic initiatives, investments, cash requirements
